I need to return a product from ioCombo
For defective product, please contact the product manufacturer first (click here to get the contact info)
For technical question discussion or to find answer to your problem, please visit our online help forum
For any other product return that is not defective, please read and understand our return policy before filing the RMA.
If you are ready to file the RMA request, then please follow these steps:
- Option 1 (online):
- Have your order number and invoice number ready
- Go to our Online RMA filing
- Enter your order and invoice number and start filing the RMA
- Option 2 (offline - no longer supported as of 04/22/04):
- Download the RMA form
- Fill out the RMA form
- Fax the filled-out RMA form to us
- We will email you with RMA approval/denial
- If approved, use the RMA number sent through your email
- Put the product inside its original retail box (must be in resalable condition with all accessories), pack it carefully and put this on the box
